Okay campground. The sites are a lot closer together than we like without much low vegetation to help feel separate. With only one little play set, right on the main road, there's not much for the younger kids to do. Overall for the price it's OK. Better than some, but plenty of room for improvement.

It's a really nice, clean and affordable place to stay. We had a few bass boats and they made sure we had a convenient place to park and charge our batteries. There was a lot of boats there and everyone was able to easily get to their sites, park and then pull out in the morning. We had 4 people in the Champlain cabin and it worked out nicely. It's easy to get to the ticonderoga launch from the campground and there's plenty of places to get gas or food on the way. Everyone I met that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. It's the only place I'll stay in ticonderoga for now on.

Not quite what I expected. "Lake George" cozy cabin was 1/3 of a multi-unit cabin. Not quite my standard of clean, but that could have been previous occupant. Campground met the requirements of location, and reasonable cost, but not sure I'd describe it as a "resort". Overall, would probably go there again under similar circumstances.

Great for people that require hookups. The best place to experience camping on a highway. Rodgers Rock State Campground is next door. Do without TV in your Mercedes Motor Home for a night and stay there instead.

We recently enjoyed our stay here. We were up for a wedding at The Barn and Brookwood couldn't have been closer. A very affordable alternative to the local hotels. The new owners were very friendly and working on many improvements to the grounds. We are always on the lookout for local made souvenirs and the owner hand makes quilts. A perfect momento from the Adirondacks. We will be back for sure!
